On horseback, by 4x4 or on foot, we cross remote corners of Córdoba to private destinations where the sierra becomes the setting: the table set by the river, the fire, the long lunch after.

Gastronomy

The Carahuasi Table

Food at Carahuasi is part of the experience. We cook with fresh produce from our own garden and our own Blackface lamb, served wherever the day takes us: by the river, with a view over the sierras, or at the lodge. Join us in the kitchen if you’d like to learn how to make empanadas or fresh pasta.
