Carahuasi · Plan your stay
We don’t have a booking engine. We have a conversation.
Carahuasi works as a private buyout — each stay is different, and the way to plan one is to start a conversation.
Tell us about your group. We’ll tell you what’s available, what’s in season, and what we’d suggest.
It takes one exchange to understand if we’re a good fit. Most times, we are.
No deposits until everything is confirmed and you’re comfortable. No surprises.
Write to us with: approximate dates, number of guests, the occasion — family gathering, friends trip, corporate retreat, wedding — and anything that matters to the group.

What happens next
Most stays at Carahuasi begin with a single email or WhatsApp message. From there, we have a real conversation about your group — who’s coming, what the occasion is, how long you’re thinking, and what matters most. We ask those questions because the answer shapes everything: the horses you’ll ride, the meals we prepare, the rhythm of the days.
We don’t have tiers or packages. We have one property, one group at a time, and 20 years of knowing what makes a stay here unforgettable.
Within 48 hours of your first message, we’ll respond with availability for your proposed dates and initial questions. If the dates work, we’ll set up a call or exchange a few more messages to understand your group. You’ll receive a tailored proposal — not a price list, a plan for the specific stay we’d design for you.
Confirmation requires a deposit. The remainder is due before arrival. We’ll send detailed directions, packing suggestions, and a suggested itinerary 2 weeks before you arrive.
Multi-generational families celebrating an occasion. Groups of friends who want a proper trip, not a resort. Small corporate teams seeking genuine disconnection. Couples and intimate groups who find the energy of the Sierras matches what they’re looking for. International visitors who found us through a travel designer or agency. Repeat guests — the ones who came once and kept coming back.
